About us
Tip of the Iceberg is a team of facilitators and coaches working with leaders, teams and organisations in complex environments.

We support leadership, strategy and culture work, particularly in contexts of growth, change or uncertainty, often in international or mission-driven organisations.
We design and facilitate collaborative processes that help people think together, address what sits beneath the surface, and make decisions they can stand behind.
Depending on the context, we work as a small core team or draw on a trusted network of associates, allowing us to adapt to different needs while maintaining continuity and quality.
Our team
Tip of the Iceberg is led by Victoria Christensen Lopez and works with an international team of experienced facilitators and coaches.
Our headquarters are in Geneva, with a hub in Nairobi, and we collaborate with a trusted network of associates across regions, depending on the context and scale of the work. This allows us to work close to the realities of our clients while remaining flexible and responsive.
All members of the team bring strong facilitation experience, the ability to work across cultures and power dynamics, and a shared commitment to thoughtful, inclusive ways of working. We know each other’s styles well and work together regularly, which ensures continuity and coherence for clients.
Victoria Christensen Lopez
Victoria Christensen Lopez is the founder and lead facilitator of Tip of the Iceberg.
She is a facilitator and team coach with over twenty years of experience working with leaders, teams and organisations in complex, international environments. Before moving fully into facilitation and coaching, Victoria worked inside organisations herself, including in senior roles, which gives her a grounded understanding of leadership realities, organisational constraints and responsibility.
Victoria designs and facilitates leadership, strategy and culture work, often accompanying organisations over time as they navigate growth, transition or change. Her work brings together structure and emergence, helping groups think clearly, work through complexity and arrive at decisions they can stand behind.
She is trained in ORSC (Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Whole Person Process Facilitation, and draws on these and other participatory approaches with judgement, choosing what best serves the context rather than applying a fixed method.
Victoria is known for her reassuring presence, her ability to work with group dynamics as they unfold, and her capacity to create spaces where people feel able to speak honestly, listen carefully and think together.
